Do you accept my insurance?

What if my insurance doesn't cover certain services?
Many integrative and wellness services are not covered by traditional insurance. We'll always inform you before providing non-covered services. For these services, we offer self-pay options including payment plans and package pricing. You'll receive transparent pricing information before any service is provided.
When will I receive a bill?
For insured patients, we first submit claims to your insurance company. After they process the claim and send payment, you'll receive a statement for any remaining balance. This typically takes 30-60 days. For self-pay services, payment is generally collected at the time of service, though payment plans can be arranged in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. For patients on payment plans, we can arrange automatic monthly payments for your convenience.
