Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

 

 

Instructions

  • Put peaches in pan and mix with lemon juice and 1 cup of sugar.
  • Put topping together- 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, salt and milk.
  • Pour on top of peaches
  • Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes
Side note: I was able to use peaches from my very own peach trees.
