Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Put peaches in pan and mix with lemon juice and 1 cup of sugar.
- Put topping together- 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, salt and milk.
- Pour on top of peaches
- Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes
Side note: I was able to use peaches from my very own peach trees.
