In these times, it is great to exercise and eat good…but at the same time, give your body some grace.

We are human. Times are hard. Listen to your body. If it wants to walk, then walk. If it wants to go to boxing class, go to boxing class.

If it is tired and feels that it is breaking, going to boxing class is not what it wants. It still wants exercise, but it wants a walk.

If it is irritated, it wants to run.

Don’t overthink or overdo exercise, just listen to your body and work with it. You will feel so much better if you give your body some grace.
